Supervisor Leadership and Subordinates’ Innovative Work Behaviors: Creating a Relational Context for Organizational Sustainability

چکیده

Under turbulent environmental changes during the pandemic, organizational sustainability requires employees of all levels to perform innovative work behaviors in their daily jobs. Since virtual environments could deteriorate quality collaborative interactions and interpersonal bonds among employees, organizations need create more relation-focused contexts trigger from people. This study aims explore influence supervisors’ relational leadership on which subordinates are drawn behaviors. Particularly, this explains process relationship by considering psychological contract construct as mediating variable, assuming that social exchange between organization influences decision A total 237 newcomers a Korean conglomerate participated study, surveys were conducted at two time points for same participant detect over time.
